FIll the neti pot with warm and slightly salted water (one teaspoon of salt for every 0.5l water) and place the tip of the neti pot nozzle gently into your nostril. Tilt your head to the side, look slightly down and pour the content of the water thru your nostrils. If you are swallowing the water, your head is bent to the back too much. Look down. Great for cleaning toxins around your sinus area. Warning: this video might gross some people out.
